Ever gotten lost before? If you have, you will know that it is not as fun as it sound. Matter of fact, it is not fun at all. Believe me; I am speaking from a personal experience. By the time my family and I found our way back, we realize that we are miles and miles away from our destination. Solution?

Well, by now you know that the solution lays in a 3 letter word “GPS”. Let me tell you that having a navigation system is what completes driving. Without I you fell limited in where you can go and some times have to rely on others for direction. Lately, the buzz is on the new Garmin nuvi navigation systems and particularly, the Garmin nuvi 850 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator with Voice Command and FM Transmitter. Ok, I know that is a mouth full.

But for all you gadget people out there, you’ll know that this baby has a ton of new feature. Like

New – Photo Navigation lets you upload geo-coded photos from a phone, geo-coding camera or photo site and navigate to them.  New – Send addresses directly to your Garmin from Google Maps or MapQuest New – Voice Recognition — Just tell it what you’re looking for Where Am I? — instantly shows you all of the emergency services nearby Where’s My Car? — never forget where you parked again

 I really like this new feature because lately, navigation system are targets for thieves, but for the Garmin nuvi 850 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator, you will have the opportunity to create your own 4 digit pin# so that no one else can hack into your navigation system to know your address, etc

Garmin does a solid job in all these areas. But that’s not why you’re paying a premium for an 800 series
This model has a couple of “nice to have” features that were introduced on the 700 series of Nuvi’s.
